最近到百貨公司認真的看鍋子。站在一堆根本不清楚誰是誰的鍋子當中,突然想到,「溫度」這兩個字。
當我們回到家可以吃到熱騰騰的飯,一家人圍著有溫度的菜談笑,那光景,讓人光在旁邊看,都覺得幸福。
料理的溫度,人的溫度,交疊成了氤氳的氣溫,留在心裡成為永遠的鄉愁。
而希望為心愛的人煮一頓熱騰騰的菜,擔心在等待中飯菜就此變涼,因而斟酌著下鍋的時間,在廚房裡來去的那顆心的溫度,更是讓人感動。
看著心愛的人一口一口吃下自己煮的料理,臉上的緊張與哀愁漸漸轉為微笑與放鬆時,又是多麼的欣慰。
我相信很多人是因為這個理由,所以持續在廚房裡忍受高溫煮著熱熱的菜的。
能夠傳達愛的料理,以及為了讓料理更好吃的很多很多的鍋子、爐子。

回覆刪除You are too funny …Ha! Ha! I thought it was quite humorous how you related the body temperature in comparison with the cooking temperature….with pots and pans and presenting food on the table…..
Here is a thought for you. “The quickest way to a man’s heart is through his belly”. Often that is very true. Picture this, the housewife/ mother role is always busy going food shopping and trying to prepare food for everyone....thus that represents love, warmth and bonding time for the family….true quality time. As far as preparing food for your lover…..we will keep that as a secret.

突然好想回台中吃阿嬤和老媽煮的飯。
回覆刪除我阿嬤已經80歲了,希望還能吃好幾十年她的料理。
該找個時間回去,好好把阿嬤的味道和做菜的訣竅記起來才對。
然後我再傳下去,一代一代。

回覆刪除曾經有一個CD跟我說,創意應該要會做菜,他說做菜的過程就是一種創意...,我很贊同他的話!我覺得去想怎麼做一道菜是很享受及有趣的過程。鍋,碗,瓢,盆,每一樣搭配料理的工具如果都能安排的很好,那料理真的是一種絕佳的享受啊!我很想以後要開一家餐廳,風格要很明顯,料理要很有意思。有時候我會買料理看起來很好吃的書,因為光是看就很享受!
而且我這個禮拜要去學做菜,哈哈!

回覆刪除每次我看大家帶便當來的時候,都覺得吃得人很幸福!我也還記得你帶你阿嬤的便當來的那一次呢!那時候的你一點都不搞笑,臉上超級溫柔的,讓我以為那是你自己做的便當!哈哈!
你們的時代應該不用學煮飯,但我媽媽可是從小訓練我要會煮飯呢!大姐要會煮飯,弟妹才不會餓死,這是我媽媽的哲學哩!

回覆刪除I tend to think cooking is an art. It takes talent, it takes creativity, it takes patient and mostly, it fills one's hungry stomach. I think it is very important to eat healthy and watch what you eat. Akae mentioned how he has studied olive oil. How he loves salad....I praise him for learning to eat properly.
Actually as Asians, so many years ago we used to cook everything in heavy vegetable oil, now we use very little extra dry olive oil. We are also in the process of cutting from white rice to brown rice....barley....eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. As we age, the carbohydrates is very bad for us.....truly we need to watch what we eat......

回覆刪除上周六下午我去學做菜了!老師教的就是如何能吃得更健康呢!他教我們利用鍋子或是食材的特性,不要用太多的油就可以讓料理變得更好吃!
我學到很多以前不知道的做菜小技巧,感覺技術可以up grade了呢!哈哈!現在我需要實際去做一下!
